Neither the unitary conductance (i) – voltage (V) relationships (B; P = 0.49, n = 8) nor open probability (C; P = 0.68, n = 7) were significantly different for human Kir2.1 channels reconstituted into liposomes containing 0% (▪) or 5% (□) cholesterol.
