(B) hNTAN1 expressed from pNTAN2FLAGSII and isolated with identical tandem affinity purification protocol. Samples were analyzed in 50mM Tris-HCl, 150mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA, 0.5mM dTT, pH 7.5. Calculated masses of observed species: hNTAN1 – 37,026 Da; L-Met-L-Gly-hNTAN1 – 37, 214 Da.
