DTT quench time optimization. Sulforaphane was incubated with Keap1 for 2 h and quenched with 1 mM DTT. The minimum quench time needed to remove free sulforaphane (15 min) was obtained by monitoring free sulforaphane in solution using LC-MS/MS. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD of triplicate experiments and normalized to the initial amount of sulforaphane in the solution.
