Frequency of detection of known numbers of FaDu and Detroit cells (Number of cells) inoculated into normal peripheral blood samples using the immunobead RT-PCR method with specific markers ESX, CK19, EGFR and EphB4. Triplicate samples were processed and the number of samples positive with each marker in the two different cell lines is indicated.
