Images tissues are shown: preexposure, postexposure (2 h) to DMEM (negative control), postexposure (2 h) to RC_F100 film, postexposure (2 h) to RC_F+EDTA film, and postexposure (2 h) to 4% Nonoxynol-9 (positive control). No gross changes in tissue morphology were observed after exposure to RC-101 films, as evidenced by the integrity of the epithelium and the presence of the nuclei.
