Comparison between supervised and unsupervised methods: GO categories related to the optic fissure closure that are associated to clusters derived from unsupervised (no data labels) and supervised (labeled data) methods. Using labels that are computed directly from the measured data appears to provide more biological meaningful associations than unsupervised methods.
