HDA6 interacted with FLD in yeast two-hybrid assays. A, Different regions of HDA6 fused with the Gal4 binding domain (BD) and the full-length FLD fused with the Gal4 activation domain (AD) were cotransformed into the yeast strain AH109. B, Different regions of FLD fused with AD and the C-terminal fragment of HDA6 fused with BD were cotransformed into the yeast strain AH109.
