Table I. Proteins with increased levels in response to zinc in the wild type.

Microsomal proteins from the wild type grown on MS or 300-Zn medium were labeled with iTRAQ-114 and -115 reagent, respectively, and those from the det3-1 mutant grown on MS or 300-Zn medium were labeled with iTRAQ-116 and -117 reagent, respectively. Proteins that increased more than 2.0-fold were selected and ordered based on fold change values in wild type 300-Zn/wild type MS. Data are means ± sd of three independent experiments. * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.001, significantly different from the wild type or the det3-1 mutant on MS medium.
