The increase in thermostability obtained by various concentrations of the added divalent cations per degrees Celsius is presented in C. TmCorA in the presence of >125 μm Co²⁺ was so stable that the shift could not be detected and analyzed. The measurements were carried out at 25 °C, and the represented curves are the average of three different measurements with 2–5% deviations.
