Linear and geometric hyperpigmented macules are evident on their faces (A-D) and the dorsal aspect of their hands (E,F). Polygonal to round hypopigmented scars are also present in these sites (A,E,F), and scars on the forearm resemble cigarette burns (G). Facial hypertrichosis is apparent (A-D).
