(b) The same data are fit with a 3-D cumulative Gaussian and plotted as a stereogram. To see the figure in depth, cross-fuse (i.e., direct the right eye to the left panel and left eye to the right panel). The green line marks the positions on the fitted function where the observer reported artifacts on half the presentations.
