This figure uses the same notation for grid spacing (symbols) and ROIs (colours) as in Fig. 3. Panel D shows the actual and desired (dotted) error rates for each of the tests reported in panels A, B, and C. This estimate of the number of unique sources furnishes good, although mildly conservative, mass-multivariate thresholds.
