Effects of FER overexpression on cell proliferation and sensitivity to quinacrine. (A) RKO or (C) H1299 cells were infected with an empty vector or a vector encoding FER or TFER, and their expression was examined by the Western method with GAPDH as a loading control. (B) RKO or (D) H1299 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of quinacrine for 24 h, and then grown in drug-free medium for another 24 h.
