Reaction progress curves of the complex formation of CA and DNSA measured for different conditions. Curves 1 and 4 correspond to dilute solution, curves 2 and 5 represent solutions with PEG (150 g/L), and curves 3 and 6 represent solutions with Ficoll (150 g/L). The initial concentration of CA was 10 μM for curves 1–3, and 5 μM for curves 4–6. The concentration of DNSA was 20 μM in all cases. The means of five repeated measurements are displayed.
