Viral uptake is not upregulated by acute single HDR radiation performed 24 hours prior to infection. LNCaP cells were infected with 2 MOI of GFP expressing AdTrack 24 hours following acute single HDR radiation. GFP level was measured using a fluorescent plate reader.
