Levels of wild-type Cx50, G46V, and W45S are similar in cRNA-injected oocytes. Immunoblot shows the levels of wild-type and mutant Cx50 in samples enriched in plasma membranes prepared from control Xenopus oocytes or oocytes injected with cRNAS encoding wild-type Cx50, G46V, or W45S.
