Glucose-regulated protein 170 (GRP170) binds dendritic cells (DC) in a receptor-mediated fashion. (a) Bone marrow-derived DC (106 cells) were pulsed with several concentrations of GRP170 (■) or OVA (□). (b) In competition studies, DC were pulsed with FITC-GRP170 (100 μg/mL) in the presence or absence of fourfold molar excess of GRP170 or OVA at 4°C for 20 min.
