The preoperative (A), 2 weeks postoperative (B), and last follow up (postoperative year, 3 yr) (C) lateral radiographs obtained in a 54-year-old man who underwent minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion. The last follow up radiographs demonstrate osseous union and improved lumbar lordosis.
