The effect of short-term (1 mo) CR on steady-state abundance of Coq2p and Coq3p. Samples of liver, kidney, brain, skeletal muscle and heart were obtained from control (fed ad libitum) and from calorie-restricted animals, and then processed for SDS-PAGE and immunodetection of the polypeptides of interest by Western blot.
