PRIOC mAbs failed to stain prion aggregates in N2a and prn-p0/0 glial cells. (A). Staining with PRIOC4 did not display PrPSc oligomer-specific stain in prn-p0/0 glial cells with no permeabilization. (B). Staining with PRIOC4 did not display PrPSc oligomer-specific stain in N2a cells with no permeabilization. (C). Staining with PRIOC4 did not display PrPSc oligomer-specific stain in prn-p0/0 glial cells following permeabilization. (D).
