Chimeric GBV-B/HCVp7 is transmissible to naïve marmosets. Three naı¨ve marmosets were injected intra-femorally with serum from animal P164 containing 3.5 × 104 copies ΔC + p7 RNA. Serum titres were monitored via Taqman RT-PCR for GBV-B RNA for 11 weeks.
