Germinated seeds (lines 20, 40 and WT) were grown in a growth chamber at 28°C in the dark for 4d, then the etiolated seedlings were exposed to light at either at 30°C or 15°C for various time (0, 3, 6 and 10 d). The second leaf from the top was sampled for the analyses. The data are means ±SD of 3 replicates and representative of at least three independent experiments.
