Germinated seeds (lines 20, 40 and WT) were grown in a growth chamber at 30°C and under 80 µmol·m⁻² s⁻¹ light intensity for 10d, then the seedlings were transferred to 15°C under the same light intensity for various times (0, 3, 6d). Leaves that had already fully expanded before transfer were sampled for the analyses. The data are means ±SD of 3 replicates and representative of at least three independent experiments.
