Immunostaining of HN125 on human ovarian tumors. A human micro-papillary ovarian tumor was immunostained with HN125 (A-B; E-F) and an isotype human IgG control (C-D). Circles identify weak and diffuse staining occasionally found in some individual or clusters of cells with the isotype control. Squares in E and F show cells of the superficial layers (luminal face) with no, weak, or nuclear expression of the protein. Asterisks show cells of the deeper layers (baselateral face) with more intense and cytoplasmic expression of the protein. A, C, and E: 100X.
