(B) Quantitative RT-PCR analysis of dj, fzo and Mst87F transcript levels in nht; E(z), nht and wild-type (wt) testes, normalized to Rpl32 from the same sample. The nht; E(z), nht and wild-type flies were all raised to adulthood at permissive temperature and then shifted to 29°C (restrictive temperature) for 7 days.
