Total cell lysates were prepared three days after the induction and Flag-nATF2 and HA-CREB-S133A were detected using anti-ATF2 and anti-HA antibodies, respectively. (C) Shown are representative images acquired from stable cell lines that received 40 Gy-irradiation in the presence of tetracycline.
