A) cAMP levels were measured by ELISA using cell lysates collected from vehicle-treated NRK-Veh cells or genetically modified control NRK-Csh or NRK-AGS3sh cells. cAMP levels are graphed as percentage change normalized to values obtained from NRK-Csh group; n = 8 samples/group.
