Detection of NS3 in mouse brain cells. One-week-old sucking mice were infected with the SH-JEV01 strain of JEV (1.0 × 106 PFU). Brain samples were collected from mice showing neurological signs and stained immunohistochemically with the anti-NS3 antibody. The nuclei were counter-stained by hematoxylin.
