Rebound and clearance study of HCV replicon RNA. Replicon cells were treated with PSI-352938, PSI-7851, a benzothiadiazine NNI, or ITMN-191 for 2 weeks in the absence of G418, followed by removal of compounds and G418 selection for an additional 2 weeks. An aliquot of cells at each passage was harvested for RNA analysis.
