Eflornithine binds in the dimer interface; subunit A (green), subunit B (pink), eflornithine (magenta) and the cofactor pyridoxal 5’-phosphate (yellow). Nitrogen atoms are blue, oxygen red, sulfur yellow and phosphate orange. The figure was generated in PyMol [170] using the pdb coordinate file 2TOD.
