Schematic circular diagrams of the B. rhizoxinica genome. Blue: Open reading frames. Black: G+C content. Green: positive GC-skew. Violet: negative GC-skew. Simple circular representations indicate the correct size scale for megaplasmid pBRH01 and plasmid pBRH02. The chromosome exhibits a smooth GC-skew pattern, whose origin is located some 50 kb upstream of the dnaA gene. The observed shift is presumably due to a insertion of a prophage next to the origin of replication.
