Potentiometric titration curves are shown of the iron-sulfur cluster for R. sphaeroides (○) native, ( ) Y501F, ( ) T525A, and ( ) Y501F/T525A ETF-QOs. The oxidation-reduction midpoint potentials of the cluster were determined by the increase in the X-band EPR signal at 15 K ([4Fe-4S]⁺) and fit using a single Nernst curve of n=1.
