COS-7 cells were cotransfected with plasmids encoding CHOP-GFP and various opsins (or control vector pRK5 and pmCherry-N1), and were labeled with opsin antibodies. The numbers of vector-transfected cells were estimated from mCherry-positive cell. N = 10 for Rho; n = 11 for M, red, blue; n = 12 for S and green opsins; n = 6 for vector control.
