(A) Cluster analysis of regulated cytokines and myeloperoxidase (MPO) following peripheral PBS or LPS administration +/- AE1-329. (B) Absolute concentrations of regulated cytokines (pg/ml) and MPO (ng/ml) are decreased with AE1-329 administration.
