The first 2 columns contain numbers of ordered or disordered characters in DisProt which are predicted to be inside or outside of tandem repeats. Tandem repeats are significantly more frequent in disordered regions ().
The last 3 columns represent a comparison of evolutionary rates between ordered and disordered columns in the SwissProt data set restricted to groups with or without tandem repeats, respectively. Each cell contains the number of homologous groups which pass a test of significance at or the number of those with indistinguishable rates.
