Typical K currents measured with the perforated whole cell recording in HEK293 cells co-transfected with GFP-ROMK1 + siRNA of caveolin-1 (siRNACAV) (A) or ROMK1 + CAVS80E (B) 24 hours after transfection. The same construct as described in Figure 5B was used to downregulate caveolin-1. The HEK cells were treated with BFA, and K currents were measured from −100 to 60 mV with a 20-mV increment.
