Intracerebroventricular injection of nesfatin-1 inhibits dark phase gastric emptying of a non-nutrient solution in mice. Mice were fasted for 8 h with free access to water, injected icv with vehicle or nesfatin-1 at the beginning of the dark phase and water was removed. Mice received an orogastric gavage of a non-nutrient solution 150 min later. Gastric emptying was monitored 20 min thereafter. *p < 0.05 vs. vehicle.
