Mice were treated with 3% DSS treatment for 4 days, and then mice were administered p40 for the following 3 days before mice were sacrificed to test p40’s treatment effect, as described in Figure 5. To test the effects of p40 on oxazolone-induced colitis, mice were administered oxazolone and p40, as described in Figure 8. (A and E) Colon injury scores.
