(A) QBI293A cells were transfected with the plasmids indicated. ChIP assays were performed 24 hours later using anti-myc and anti-JMJD2A antibodies as indicated. (B) ChIP assays were performed with lysates of sham- and TAC-operated WT mouse hearts and with WT and Jmjd2a-Tg mouse hearts using anti-SRF antibody.
