Mouse serum anti-Sj-TSP-2e (fused with thioredoxin, Thi) antibodies were determined by ELISA after primary vaccination with S. japonicum-TSP-2e (Sj-TSP-2e) or S. mansoni-TSP-2 (Sm-TSP-2).
