EC50 values, which are based on activation, and fold activation represent the average of two experiments in triplicate using HEK293T cells. EC50 values were extrapolated two ways. Method one used the best fit line of the raw data. Method two used a non-linear regression from GraphPad Prism. The fold activation was calculated by taking the highest level of activation and dividing this by the basal (no ligand) activation level. The error was obtained by calculating the standard deviation: σ = Square root (Σ[(X-μ)2]).
