aRRM and RS domain sequences of each SR and SR-related protein were collected from The Nuclear Protein Database and Protein Knowledgebase UniPortKB, and then each sequence was aligned with NSrp70 full-length sequence by using water method of EMBOSS Pairwise Alignment Algorithms to find the best region of similarity between two sequences. The URLs used in this study was described in Supplementary Data.
