Tα1② inhibited the growth of tumor in the B16 bearing mice. C57BL/6 mice were challenged subcutaneously with B16 melanoma cells rearward for 10 days, followed by administration with synthesizedTα1 and different doses of Tα1② for another twelve days. Then the mice were executed and the tumor tissue was dissected and weighed. The data were expressed as the mean± (SD) of groups consisting of four observations. (A) Tumor volume measurement.
