(1) Site selection. 1500 nursing homes randomly selected from 16,628 in the US licensed for ≥3 beds and certified by Medicare or Medicaid or licensed by the sate. (2) Respondents. Of 4542 sampled CNAs, 3017 (71%) completed an interview.
