LNI is Logan noninvasive method, also known as Logan graphical analysis using reference region ITR is the interval ratio method as defined by equation (3). The time interval was 60–150 min. k2 (min−1) are the transfer rates between the free compartment and plasma for cerebellum estimated as a derived parameter using SRTM.
