(A) Parental (231) and (B) 231-PDGFD tumor cells were implanted orthotopically. Fourteen days after orthotopic implantation, mice were randomized to receive weekly i.p. injection of saline (control) or doxorubicin (Doxo, 5 mg/kg, n=8, P < 0.05). Tumor was measured every three days by caliper. Mice were sacrificed on day 35. (C) Representative BLI images of inguinal and axillary lymph nodes (n = 8). BLI images were quantified using Living Image software 3.0. P < 0.005.
