Effect of E2 dosage on RhREC proliferations. (A) RhREC were seeded at a density of 20,000 cells/mL and treated with E2 for 24 h. Cells exposed to 1.0 and 10.0 nM E2 were significantly greater in number than those exposed to 0.0 nM E2, (P<0.001,∗∗∗), (P<0.001,∗∗∗), and significantly greater in number than those exposed to 0.1 nM E2, (P<0.001,∗∗∗), (P<0.001,∗∗∗). (B) A double-log plot demonstrates a linear relation of log cell counts with log E2 concentration (0.0, 0.1, 1.0, and 10.0 nM), (R2=0.962, y=0.21(log x)+4.628).
