RT-PCR of vigs lines. RT-PCR on RNA/cDNA extracted from the two innermost whorls (stamen and carpels) of pendant flowers from vigs lines for five representative plants transformed with each construct to test for the presence of the TRV construct and for reduced expression of the PapsAG transcripts.
