Numbers refer to human homologous chromosomes. Ancestral forms of HSA7, HSA16, and HSA19 homologs are boxed. Only rearrangements involving at least one homolog to HSA7, HSA16, or HSA19 are indicated. Semicolons separate chromosomes involved in a same rearrangement and hyphens indicate pre-existing syntenies. Approximate branching datations [MYbp (million years before present)] are according to Martin (1993). (See Table 1 for the three-letter code meaning.)
