GDF is the coupling conductance per area of cell-to-cell contact in the differentiated fiber cells and GMF is the coupling conductance for mature fiber cells. There were no significant differences between four month old WT (n = 10) and CP49 KO (n = 6) mice in any of the transport parameters measured.
